0808 Helicopter Crashes

With the weekend's downing of an American Chinook helicopter it brought into clear focus that we are making no progress with the war in Afghanistan. This was the worst event in the 10 year war's history. It goes to show what a guy with a rocket propelled grenade launcher can do by himself. The launchers are easily carried by one man and are deadly accurate once locked on to their target. There are probably thousands of them on the ground in Afghanistan and Iraq. It's time for us to get out of this no win situation.
